Chanote Account and Data Deletion

Chanote users can request deletion of their account and personal data by contacting Launay Properties / LP Real Estate Co., Ltd.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@launayproperties.com from the email address connected to your Chanote account, or include your LINE account name/ID and phone number if you used LINE login.
2. Use the subject line: Chanote account deletion request.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete only your account, or your account plus listing/contact submissions where legally and operationally possible.

What we delete

We will delete or anonymize account profile data, app profile data, and personal contact details where we can reasonably identify them and no legitimate business, legal, accounting, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention reason requires retention.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when needed for legal, accounting, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, or property-service obligations. Listing and due diligence records may be retained in limited form when they are necessary to document a request, transaction, or business communication.

Timing

We will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and will process valid requests within a reasonable operational period after verifying the account holder.
